Cyprus Exports · Export Helpdesk

Support for your next export market

The Export Helpdesk of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry helps Cypriot businesses explore overseas markets through its network of Trade Centres.

About the service

The service offers market information and assistance in identifying prospective partners and importers. The Ministry, the relevant Trade Centre and the applicant discuss the products or services, target markets and buyer categories. Where appropriate, the Trade Centre may facilitate business meetings.

Eligibility: The service supports exporters of locally produced Cypriot products and services. Imports solely for re-export without processing in Cyprus are excluded. Non-producer companies should ask the Helpdesk about its separate application procedure.

How to apply

  1. Assess your export readiness. Review your products or services and intended markets.
  2. Open the Ministry guidance. Use the button below to find the official application form and current instructions.
  3. Complete and submit your application. Attach the required supporting documents and send them electronically to the addresses specified on the Ministry page.

Submission timing: Applications received by 31 August are considered for the current year; those received from 1 September are processed the following year.
